I've always thought that the fiddliness of frogs legs wasn't worth the amount of meat you got from them.

Taste really nice though :)

That's how I feel about it, and in a lot of cases other small game. Too much work for too little payoff.

You really should try them. They are very moist sweet chick. Delicious. I still vividly remember the first time i tried them. That was about 20 years ago and i get them anytime i can now. Have someone remove from the bone and surprise you and you will love them.

That's not that odd in France, right? That Frog term had to come from somewhere. At least that's my guess.
